This was a fantasy design which was made by a 15-year old boy in Connecticut so that he could have some traders.  The FBI eventually visited his home after tracking him down with the help of collectors and seized the remainder of these patches.  Unfortunately, they were reproduced before the FBI could seize them, and they now exist as fantasies in two different sizes.
