Operation E-Z Money is a joint disability fraud task force comprised of members of the SSA-OIG, Puerto Rico Police Department, and FBI.  It was an investigation into medical doctors based in Puerto Rico who defrauded the Social Security Administration by filing disability claims either for patients who did not show or over-billed for services rendered.  The fraud loss was in the millions of dollars and much of it was recovered as a result of the work of the task force.  There were only 50 of these patches made and all have velcro backings.
