This patch set was made to commemorate Special Agent Leonard Hatton, who was killed in a hotel collapse near the World Trade Center attacks on September 11, 2001.  SA Hatton’s call sign was 2060, and he was killed while going back into the hotel in an attempt to save the lives of others.
